Koishi Audio

Koishi Audio is an idea for a compact digital home audio system. The design concept is derived from stacked pebbles in a Japanese garden, framed inside a laminated wood box. The control interface is minimized to a single control knob and simple touchscreen interface. It is designed to convey peace and serenity in the home while blending well with home decor, rather than being an obtrusive collection of high tech black boxes.

a stereo i’d buy in a heartbeat and would want to show off in my home.  i understood the stacked rock concept w/o having to read the write up.  what a great concept, very different than everything else out there.  very simple, but too simple, which is far better than many stereo concepts you see out there.  great work.
